RPYC Committee Structure

The Dinghy Division Committee oversees and guides the activities and direction of the Dinghy Division.  The emphasis is placed on building participation to increase fleet numbers and general engagement with a variety of Club activities.  Support is also given to the development of skills for our volunteers to ensure their involvement is effective, beneficial to the Dinghy Division Operations and rewarding.  The Committee recognise of the need to explore new opportunities in programming and activities to keep the Dinghy Division relevant to the next generation of sailors.
