Yoga by the Bay

Following on from government announcements, we have scheduled more ‘Yoga by the Bay’ sessions at RPYC.

Each session will include a maximum of 9 participants, plus 1 instructor, and each yoga mat will be positioned 1.5 metres apart to adhere to the social distancing requirements.

Hygiene standards and practices will be of the upmost priority during these sessions:

  • Participants are required to bring their own mats (no mats available for hire under these circumstances)
  • Each mat must be sanitised before entering the session (disinfectant wipes provided)
  • Hand sanitiser will be available before, during and after each session
  • Each participant’s temperature will be checked before entering the session
  • The instructor & all participants must adhere to the 1.5m Social Distancing rule before, during and after each session. RPYC will ensure the venue location allows 4 square metre per person capacity

Yoga by the Bay is brought to RPYC thanks to Bodyscape
